Parineeti Chopra, who replaces Kareena Kapoor Khan, the lead actress in the second and third parts, took to Twitter to share a picture of the clapboards of all the four films and added that the ‘madness’ begins today.Apart from Parineeti, Tabu will be another female lead in the film with Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi and Tusshar Kapoor, who were part of all three parts, to spearhead the cast again.
The makers had earlier announced that the film would be releasing on Diwali but it is also being reported that the release date would be delayed considering that Rajinikanth-Akshay Kumar starrer ‘2.Mumbai: After the stupendous success of china control cable factory the first three parts, the fourth part of Rohit Shettys Golmaal is ready to roll.While the film, titled Golmaal Again, was announced few months ago, the cast and crew have finally kicked off the shoot on Thursday.It is not clear yet if Shreyas Talpade and Kunal Kemmu will part of the cast yet as Neil Nitin Mukesh has also been signed for the film and it is possible that he would replace either of the two.There is also some confusion over the release date.0’ and Amitabh Bachchan’s ‘Aankhen 2’ have also announced the same release date.

The court framed charges against them under various sections of Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA), the Arms Act and for criminal conspiracy under the Indian Penal Code.Paving the way for the trial against five persons arrested for their alleged links with Pakistan-based terror organisations and conspiring to kill prominent political leaders and journalists in Bangalore, a special NIA court in Mumbai on Thursday framed charges against them.  
The prosecution’s case is that the accused, at the behest of their leader and handlers based in Saudi Arabia, were planning to eliminate some of the local Hindu leaders in Nanded and Hyderabad to disrupt communal harmony.. The ATS sleuths had claimed it recovered revolvers and cartridges from them.Advocate Sharif Shaikh, who is defending the accused on behalf of Jamiat-e-Ulema Maharashtra, said that the court had framed charges against all the five accused. In the meantime, Akram was in a Bangalore jail for some other crime. During his stay in Saudi Arabia, Akram along with wanted accused allegedly conspired at Riyadh to carry out the killings of prominent Hindu leaders, journalists, politicians and police officers in various parts of India.Though the accused were arrested in 2008, the trial could not commence against them as initially the case was in Aurangabad but later was transferred to Mumbai sessions court and the NIA took over the probe from the ATS for further investigation.
The agency further alleged that later Akram was sent back to India for executing killings in different parts of the country like Bangalore, Hyderabad and Nanded to create unrest and threaten the unity, integrity, security and sovereignty of India.The ATS had arrested these persons from Nanded, but the case was transferred to the NIA.According to NIA, Akram went to Saudi Arabia under the guise of seeking employment and during his stay there he was introduced to various operatives of LeT and HUJI.The ATS had arrested Mohammed Muzzammil, Mohammed Sadique, Mohammed Iliyas, Mohammed Irfan and Mohammed Akram from different parts of Nanded in August 2008, on china auto accessory manufacturers the charges that these people were connected with the Lashkar-e-Taiyaba.

According to a World Health Organisation (WHO) study, lead exposure is estimated to account for 143,000 deaths per year with the highest burden in developing nations. Once notified, the Bureau of Indian Standards would be made the nodal agency to oversee the implementation of its provisions. "Any manufacture, trade, import and export of household and decorative paints containing metallic lead exceeding 90 parts per million is hereby prohibited," said the draft notification published by the Union ministry for environment, forests and climate change on April 8. So far, there is no mandatory regulation on limiting lead content in paints which prompted the government to come up with the proposal. Manufacturers are also required to submit samples to the nodal agency at regular intervals for testing.
According to the draft rules, called Regulation on Lead Contents in Household and Decorative Paints Rules, 2016, the manufacturer or importer of the product is required to label its product, stating that the lead content does not exceed 90 ppm and such labelling shall be durable Auto Gas Springs Manufacturers and legible.The proposal specifies that every paint manufacturer or importer shall have a valid certificate of approval of the nodal agency for the manufacture of the product in India or for being imported into India. The ministry has now invited comments and suggestions from all stakeholders within 60 days.With the excessive use of lead in household paints raising serious health concerns, the environment ministry has proposed a ban on paints with lead exceeding 90 parts per million (ppm).This is being seen as a welcome move in view of the adverse effects the use of paint containing high component of lead is causing to the health of the people.

The aircraft is still grounded.According to airport sources, immediately after the accident, a breathing test was arranged for the aircraft’s pilot, Captain Ashok G. According to sources, as the police registered an ADR in the case and accidental inquiry comes under the jurisdiction of DGCA, it is preparing a report, after which the police will take a decision on the incident. He is survived by his father (84), mother (77), wife and a college-going son.  
They have also asked for CCTV footage of the spot to check what happened.45pm on Wednesday.The Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau on Thursday launched a probe into the mishap that took place at Mumbai airport on Wednesday, where a technician got sucked into the engine of an Air India aircraft. But when police officials were trying to recover the body parts, no official from the regulator was present at the spot.Meanwhile, DGCA is probing under Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).According to sources, the accident was such that within split seconds, more than half the body of Ravi Subramaniam (56), a technician posted as service engineer with Air India, was torn into pieces flung at a distance of about 150 metres.An aviation expert explained to The Asian Age that an aircraft can only move forward and so, it needs external help to reverse from the parking bay.After learning about the incident, local Sahar police reached the spot and registered an ADR (accidental death report) in the case while an inquiry was initiated by the China Auto Control Cables Suppliers Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). The body parts were collected and a punchnama was conducted later at about 00. The body parts were taken to Cooper Hospital for an autopsy.15 hours. In this case, the engineer did not get time to escape and got sucked into the engine of the aircraft. The test proved that they were not under the influence of alcohol while the blood test report is yet to come. During the process, the engineer removes the chocks and the aircraft surges ahead along with the attached tow bar and tow tractor. According to sources, these officials reached almost two hours after the incident.Mr Subramaniam was a science graduate with a diploma in aircraft maintenance engineering from Aeronautical Training Centre in Mumbai.  
The mishap occurred during push back when co-pilot of Mumbai-Hyderabad flight AI619 mistook a signal for starting the engine and Mr Subramaniam, who was standing close, got sucked into the engine at bay 28 of Mumbai airport at around 8. Sharma and co-pilot, Nikhil Bhagwan. Air India CMD Ashwani Lohani, security director of Air India Alok Singh and ED, Operations Harpit Singh are on the committee," sources said.Further, presence of DGCA officials is mandatory at the time of accident on runway, according to airport sources. Mr Lohani visited the site on Thursday morning and announced financial help of `5 lakh and a job for another member of the family. Meanwhile, the pilot and co-pilot of the AI aircraft have been grounded till further orders. Registered baggage of all passengers was sent through flight AI615 to Hyderabad on Thursday as at that time, access to the cargo section was not allowed. At the time of the accident, the engine of the aircraft was on and Mr Subramaniam’s body rotated at least four to five thousand times in the engine.
